"It's incredibly hard being so far away from the place I call home, during a time of crisis. Please be assured that even from 1000 miles away, there are many of us doing everything we can to help rebuild. When I move back in 5 years, I know there will be the beautiful home that I know and love...and more! In the meantime, my thoughts and prayers are with all of you!"

"My mom always told me everything happens for a reason. Though this will probably be one of the hardest things any of you survivors will have to go through in life, it did happen for a reason. Now there will be no poverty in New Orleans, no murders are going on right now. Nothing to that sort is going on there any more. We all love you. We all pray for you. We all wish this didn't happen. Please try to find the positive in it...that's what will get you through it. I pray for all of you every single night. I wish you all the best of luck while you try to get your lives back on track. Just remember, people you don't even know, like me, are here for you. And we always will be. You're no different than us. We're all human and all have the same wants and needs. Juast remember, no matter what happens, whether you get what you want or need, it all happens for a reason. God Bless!"
